Thank you for shopping with Cosmic Cookware. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects that meet our guidelines, kindly reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product and include clear images or video that portrays the defect for our assessment, we will inform you the result of the assessment within 3 to 7 days from the date of submission. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchange within 14 days from your purchase date, subject to the following conditions: 

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product(s) must be in its original packaging box - inclusive of protective canvas bag & care card. Free gift(s) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • For a FULL REFUND, purchased item(s) and free gift(s) have to be returned in proper condition as stated above. Otherwise, the price of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the amount refundable.
  • For PARTIAL REFUNDS on orders with free gift(s), free gift(s) will also have to be returned IF the remaining products being kept with you are not above the minimum spend. Otherwise, the price of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the amount refundable.
  • We offer (1) free exchange for defective items exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.
  • We are pleased to offer our customers a complimentary exchange service for items within 14 days of the original purchase date in the event of a change of mind. It is important to note that refunds are not permitted for items that have been exchanged.

Refund Method

  • Online Payment Method → Refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method used during time of purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery Payment Method → Refund amount will be generated in the form of Store Credit which will be sent via email.

Return Order Process

Please email our Customer Success team at uae@cosmiccookware.com with the following details:

  • Your order number (found on your invoice or confirmation email).
  • Reason(s) for your return or exchange.
  • The details of the new product if exchanging.

Our helpful Customer Success team will attend to your request within 1-2 business days and provide the relevant details and return address if necessary. Do not attempt to return the item prior to contacting us.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to assess your returned item(s) & process your refund / exchange from the day the parcel arrives at our warehouse.

Refunds may take up 7 to 14 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, a Store Credit will be issued.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Wear and tears, dents from use and/or ageing of materials.
  • Minor differences of the product from images posted on store and/or social media due to differences in screen/colour resolutions of different devices.
  • Improper use of product.
  • Exposure to corrosive liquids/chemicals.
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • Abuse, negligence, accident.

 

Cosmic Cookware, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories.

In addition, Cosmic Cookware reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

The warranty and return policy provided by Cosmic Cookware are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty and return policy cannot be assigned or transferred to any other party without prior written consent from Cosmic Cookware. Any attempt to transfer the warranty or return rights to another person or entity without proper authorization will render the warranty and return policy void. It is strictly prohibited to sell, gift, or otherwise transfer the warranty or return rights associated with Cosmic Cookware products. Warranty claims and return requests will only be honoured when submitted by the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
